Who is reflexology for?

Everyone; including babies, pregnant women or the elderly can enjoy the benefits of reflexology.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy which helps heal the body and mind.

If you have a verruca or some other issue which may impact the treatment then I will aim to treat around the area, cover the affected area with a plaster, or treat a cross-reflex area instead e.g. on the hands.

Reflexology is not suitable if you have a fever or an infection that might impact other patients, and in these circumstances I will not treat you.

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

How long is a session?

  • First treatment and initial consultation is 75 minutes.

  • A full reflexology session is 55 minutes.

How do I need to dress?

Comfortable clothing.
During a foot reflexology session all you need to remove is your shoes and your socks.

What should I expect from reflexology?

  • Great therapy.

  • Help if you have medical conditions that cause side effects or stress.

  • Help if you are under pressure due to work.

  • It can help you to feel deeply relaxed.

  • Better sleep which can start a positive cycle of well-being.

  • Be more focused on the things that are important for you.

  • Better mood and energy levels.

You will see the benefits of reflexology in your daily life.

Just an hour can help you to start the positive process of improving your well-being.

How many treatments will I need?

Every one of us is different.
Your particular circumstances and treatment goals will decide the number and frequency of sessions you will need.

However, clients generally notice some improvements in their conditions and well-being even after one session, with greater improvements after 4-6 therapies.
I can tailor any treatment plan to your needs.
